My Approach

My approach to therapy is in a variety of ways that best suit the individual needs of the client. I use Integrative Therapy using a mixture of Psychotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy),  Solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, however I always use a person-centred approach.

My sessions are a blend of empathy, compassion and understanding, creating a nurturing and supportive environment. I foster trust and openness within the therapeutic relationship so that my clients feel truly seen and heard. My empathetic nature allows me to connect deeply with the emotions and experiences of my clients, making them feel validated and understood without judgement. 

I have a unique ability to put myself in other people's shoes which enables me to grasp the intricacies of the struggles and challenges in which others are facing. Being non-judgemental is key to my approach, I use kindness and genuine concern for the client's well-being and allow them to feel safe but also be able to explore their feelings and vulnerabilities.
